Mantra & Meditation :: 12 Week Journey
A 12 week exploratory journey into the magic of mantra 🌹
When women practise using our voices in spaces we feel safe in, it heals the part of us that’s scared to speak up in all other parts of our lives 🌹
Together we gather for meditation, storytelling, mantra learning and chanting 🌹
We will learn the mantra and then practise it together, eventually softening into silence and meditation to feel the effects of the vibrations it gifts us.
If you join the whole journey - then in the spaces between sessions, we will continue to work with the mantra, sharing how it is rippling into our daily lives in our group space. This is called sādhanā - a devotional practise to meet ourselves each morning before the day gets busy!
